His 20 year career has included multiple agency stints, as well as freelance work on blue-chip brands in America's mega-agencies. Once the subject of a feature story in Art Direction magazine, Tim's industry honors include Communication Arts, The One Show and MPA Kelly Awards.

Mike has been toiling in the Pacific Northwest ad industry for more than fifteen years, lending his diverse planning approaches and account management skills to a bevy of national and international lifestyle brands. When not quarterbacking the agency's Pacific Trail, Warn and Heathman Collection Hotels accounts, Mike divides his time between playing guitar in a roots rock jam band and coaching his kids' sports teams.
